Why does my mitsubishi tv turn off

Also when was the last time you replaced your lamp, on your TV-- Let me know When I turn it on, the light blinks green until it comes on. It may stay on a while but it shuts off by itself and I have yo keep turning it on. But before I can turn it back on, it blinks yellow. Im not allowed to turn it back on until the yellow light stop blinking.

Unfortunately it is still doing the same thing, but now right before it turns off I see red, blue, green lines across the center of the set for a split second then it goes off.
